In 2023, we made some noteworthy changes to the scheduling and format. The 2026 event will follow the new schedule:

• The special guest speaker will close out the event on Thursday, February 26, and there will be no reception afterward, so attendees can head home before it gets too late.
• There is no scheduled breakfast on Friday, and the State Pool Committee meeting has been moved to Wednesday, February 25, at 1:45 pm.
• Accordingly, hotel room reservations are available for the nights of Tuesday, February 24 and Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

Reservations will not be accepted after January 26, 2026. Because reservations are guaranteed, we must charge for late cancellations & no-shows. For special needs & other information, contact Denise McGinn at [email protected].
